Join FEMA’s Next Generation Agent Unit (NGU) and help transform disaster recovery for survivors nationwide. As an NGU agent, you’ll be cross trained to provide compassionate, personalized support across multiple service channels, including caller services and applicant casework. You will deploy to conduct home inspections and work directly with survivors to guide them through their recovery. NGU agents may also deploy to Disaster Recovery Centers and Joint Field Offices, providing hands-on assistance where it’s needed most.
