About the North Texas Job Fair

Since launching in 2021, the North Texas Job Fair has grown into one of the largest workforce and hiring events in the nation. What began as an effort to help reconnect Texans with employers following the pandemic has evolved into a major regional event bringing together businesses, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and job seekers from across North Texas.

After quickly outgrowing its original venue, the event expanded to Globe Life Field in 2024 to accommodate even more businesses, organizations, and attendees. Today, the North Texas Job Fair serves as a central hub for employers looking to hire top talent and for Texans seeking new career opportunities, professional connections, and workforce resources.

The 2025 event welcomed more than 500 employers and organizations alongside over 35,000 attendees. Opportunities ranged from entry-level and skilled trade positions to corporate leadership, healthcare, public safety, aviation, manufacturing, energy, government, and nonprofit careers.

The 2026 North Texas Job Fair will return to Globe Life Field on Thursday, August 6, from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Hosted in partnership with elected officials, workforce organizations, and community leaders from across the region, the event continues to connect North Texans with the companies and resources helping drive the region’s economic growth.
