To bridge the equity gap between opportunity and achievement for children, youth, and families in under-championed communities. We achieve this through programs, services, and resources that address their educational, social, cultural, and economic needs.

Who We Are
Founded in 2014, Excellence by Design Education Center (EDEC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving children, youth, and families. Our mission is to close the equity gap between opportunity and achievement in under-championed communities by addressing educational, social, cultural, and economic needs.
