Excellence by Design Education (E.D.E.C.) began in 2014 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization providing programs to under-championed children, youth, and families. We provide resources that address educational, social, cultural, and economic needs and support educational equity in closing the gap between opportunity and achievement for those who live in underserved communities.

Excellence by Design Operation Transformation Bridge Program provides youth with a successful transition into a college/vocational school or a career. The program helps youth gain the knowledge, skills, and expertise needed for success. We work closely with Dallas College, business, and community partners to provide experiential, real-world opportunities for youth to successfully explore and pursue their future options. The program serves opportunity youth in the Dallas Metroplex area.
